Goodbye Comfort Zone
We all have a precious organism in our minds, the Amygdala. It serves to warn you and save your life and is closely linked to your precious comfort zone. That's Right, the safe, comfortable and familiar place that you don't want to be in :). The job of your amygdala is to pick up any deviation from your comfort zone. It senses potential and real stress causing doubt and anxiety. Most of us respond to our Amygdala sygnals by stepping back into our comfort zone.
It would be great in learning to manage and take control of our response to our amygdala and take action toward our dreams. If you are going to create the life you want and achieve your goals you need to be able to step out of your comfort zone and stay there. I used to have a comfort zone
where I knew I couldn't fail,
The same four walls of busy work
were really more like a jail
I longed so much to do the things
I'd never done before,
But I stayed inside my comfort zone
and paced the same old floor
I said it didn't matter
that I wasn't doing much,
I said I didn't care for things
like diamonds or furs and such
I claimed to be so busy
with the things inside my zone,
But deep inside I longed for
something special of my own
I couldn't let my life go by
just watching others win,
I held my breath and stepped outside
to let the change begin
I took a step and with new strength
I'd never felt before,
I kissed my comfort zone good bye
and closed and locked the door
If you are in a comfort zone
afraid to venture out,
Remember that all winners
were at one time filled with doubt
A step or two and words of praise
can make your dreams come true
Greet your future with a smile,
success is there for you!

Repeating Patterns of Meaning
Seeing number patterns repeating in your life is a signal to take pause and pay attention to it's meaning.
Glancing at the clock may cause us to look again sometimes, especially when we notice that we've caught it at the same time over and over again. Maybe we see the same number pattern echoed everywhere we look whether on license plates or appliances over a period of hours or even days. When we accept that there are no coincidences, we know there is a message in the numbers for us, and we know to pay attention to the repeating patterns and search for their true meaning.
